Stopped to take this picture of the park with cathedral in the distance. Just being outside, enjoying the morning no stress - loved it !

Well guess what happened 😲 - I ran 6k - my first - never did I think I’d be saying that ! Not always easy - well not for me - but I just felt like keeping going - wow it feels good - I even sang along with the Bee Gees on my walk home. Happy running everyone 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️👍😊
