Well this should have happened on Monday but I lost my phone on Sunday night, so no app and no music. Funnily enough I didn't fancy going out in the joys of Storm Francis on Tuesday.
So I'd heard lots of advice about taking it steady today, so that's what I did. Having been running (running? Who do I think I'm kidding? slow jogging more like) the same route since wk1 I've sort of got the start and end points pretty much mapped out in my head. So 18 mins today is 2 mins less than Friday so that will be at the last bench before the top of the lake. How wrong I was, got roughly 2/3rds of the way round it before the ever patient Laura put me out of my misery. So something must have been faster, I'll take that as a win any day of the week. 2 lots of 10 on Friday and then holiday gets in the way of the usual routine.
