Restart for a second time!

Hi everyone. Did C25K at the end of 2014 and started Parkrun shortly after. (Parkrun is brilliant by the way).

After my back injury I tried C25K again and failed to complete it (sad face). So I've started again and have just done W1R2. Looking forward to visiting this forum to keep up my enthusiasm.

Listening to Laura brings back good memories.

Well you were obviously here a long time before I got off the couch !

But it's great that you have decided to come back !

I'm looking forward to my first parkrun having started this during lockdown.

Good look with your re run and say hi to Laura from me , I miss her (sometimes) 😂😂

Same hear, exactly the same due to health issues. Level 1 run 3 tomorrow. Getting back to Laura and the music !!!

Can’t believe I managed parkrun in the past but hope to get back to it when it starts up again. Let’s stick with it and good luck.🏃🏼‍♂️👍
