Unfortunately mine still hurts when I do a brisk walk so I'm out for a bit....not sure if a support bandage will help it or not.
I appreciate I can't ask medical advice and I don't intentionally do it.

The only way to know for sure what's going on is to see a physio. Initially though, if you're limping on it the suggestion is don't run and err on the side of caution. I wouldn't even brisk walk on it if it's that sore. Stick with light movement and rest it well until it improves. When you can walk pain free you can try brisk walking. Once that is pain free you can try running.
Yeah that is what I'm doing, it's just so annoying, starting to run better, feel healthier and lose a little weight and this feels like it's gonna be undone depending on how long it lasts
If it's any consolation I had to stop for 6 weeks during C25K. I was so fed up it made me more determined than ever! That's three and a half years ago, so no need to give up 👍
No I won't be giving up for sure, just annoying that I can't go out but not a lot to be done about it,
I'm like you it will spur me on to finish it!
Hmm, you could always do some dreaded cross-training - take a look at Caroline Jordan on youtybe. She does lots of no-impact routines for 'hurt foot fitness' - her chair cardio sessions will help keep your fitness levels up and may well strengthen additional parts that running doesn't get to!
