I’m mentally preparing myself to get out there and I’ve popped on here for a morning dose of motivation from you lovely lot! I’ve decided I’m either going to:
- Shave 23 seconds of my PB for 5K and if achieved - stop ✋🏻
Or
- If I don’t get my pace down then aim for a longer run of 6-6.5K
Faster or further - never both!
