Done and dusted! Am looking with trepidation (not really) for Fridays 25 minutes run. On a brighter nore, having a gait analysis done on Saturday and finally buying a decent pair of runners.

I have just completed Wk5R3 and thinking of buying a decent pair of running shoes. I would be great to read how your gait analysis goes and if the shoes feel comfortable straightaway or need wearing in.
