Speed ain’t important whilst doing the plan. Stick with it and your speed will improve the longer you do it. Remember it’s about being able to run for 30mins non stop after 9 weeks. Also try logging your runs in kms. You’ll find after week 9 you’ll be closer to 5k than you think.
