Went a totally different route as suggested by Laura, i had to wait 5 days between my last run as i had been very emotionally up and down. But surprisingly enjoyed this run of 28 minutes and going a new route defenitely helped a lot. I am looking forward to my run tomorrow of wk8 r2. The route makes it more interesting with some nice greenery and trees, which makes me feel good.
