Haven't written or been on this site for a year but just wanted to say that I have kept up running around three times a week between 3-4 miles each time. I still don't "enjoy" it but feel so much better afterwards. I find very early running to fit my motivation better-get up and run! I'd find an excuse after work! Also great news to note is that my daughter has decided to join in. She's just about to start Week 3 so very proud of her. Watching her run/walk to her maximum really brings home to me how much fitter I am from when I started this programme without really realising it.
Has Couch to 5k got a sister programme which is done in the same gradual, talk me through it way fro 5k to 10k? If Michael Jonson is talking to me, I can't let him down!!

That's good to hear that you are still running but I am sorry to hear that you feel you still do not enjoy it. I graduated in June and sometimes have to really push myself to get out of the door, but once I do I can honestly say that I enjoy my runs. Still aiming for the elusive 5k, I generally do 4 to 4.5k and perhaps that is enough for me at the moment.
