Brilliant!!! You are doing amazingly well. I found week2 run1 really hard! The rest were much better though. Enjoy the rest to Friday.

Maybe both our runs on Friday will be a tiny bit faster.... maybe tortoise pace ๐ข ๐ But seriously, as we know, we shouldnโt worry about speed, and I truly donโt, itโs more important that we keep going and complete the run ๐โโ๏ธ Good luck on Friday ๐ค
I don't think it's ever as bad as we imagine... like most things in life. I have to think of running as something I want to do, not that I have to.
