Why oh why do I always seem to struggle on Run 2 of the week. Run 1 is fine and run 3 is great but run 2 is a bummer, I ache before the run and I ache after the run and I ache the next day?
On the plus side I still kept running and completed W3R2 and I’m strangely proud of myself I can run (well technically an fast shuffle) for 3 minutes without stopping! 😁😁😁😁😁😊

- Run 1 is always a step up so we tend to approach it with caution and maybe even run a little bit slower than normal.
- Run 2 we're getting cocky - we've done it before so it's bound to be easier second time around right? Maybe we don't start slow enough or maybe it's all in the mind but the run we expected to be easy isn't quite so easy after all!
-By run 3, our expectations have dropped again but our bodies are more used to the distance, so this one feels a bit easier.
Maybe something else altogether, so many factors affect each and every run. The main thing is completing it. And you have, so well done!
