Gremlins were firmly banished when I leapt out of bed at 6:15 to go for a run. Mainly as off to have a much needed hair cut 💇♀️ and I didn’t want it ruined in the rain later.
Opened front door to 🌧🌧💦, gremlin made brief appearance and back in the box he went.
As a total technophobe I kept wondering what everyone was talking about when they said all about stepping stones but managed to get to grips with my stupidity and found it.
Oh how lovely to have Laura telling me what to do again, until I realised how fast the beat was! I now realise how slowly I was running.
Best part was when she said that if you couldn’t manage it not to over think it as a bad run as better than no run. I had to walk at times as I found pace a stretch.

Well done on your run! I love the Stepping Stones. I did 3 weeks of consolidation runs “alone” as didn’t understand what the stepping stones was either 😂😂 This week I have used the podcast on 2 of my runs and loved it. It was good to have a coaching voice in my ear again and I will definitely be using them again. My other run yesterday was just a long, slow “head-clearing” run which I really enjoyed using my own music and no app. I guess it will just depend on how I’m feeling on the day. Most important is to just keep enjoying your running. You sound like you’re doing great 🙌
Ran extended STEPPING STONES today for my Virtual 5k challenge and yes it does push you along😁 Well done for attempting it and it will get easier in time👍🏃😀
