I have finally broken the 3k barrier 🥳 last 5 minutes was hard but I did it - only 2k more to go 😂😂

Well done but don't focus so much on distance, despite the catchy title. Remember that it';s a time-based program with the objective being to run 30 mins, 3 times in Week 9. Distances and speed can come later in your running journey :-)
