Week 6 run 3 - Running even on my holidays

Just completed week 6 run 3 whilst I am on holiday at Butlins Skegness. I ran on the lovely sea path between Ingoldmells and Skegness and thankfully today was alot cooler; only 20 degrees, cloudy and breezy. Anyhow I just ran for 25 minutes straight!!? Week 7 starts on Sunday and I'll be back at home by then

Excellent work! I was contemplating whether to take my trainers to Wales next week or have a break as not sure I want to do 5 days without running for fear of losing the progress I’ve made so far! You may have tipped the balance for me 👍🏻

Yes do run on your holiday next week. I'm glad I did and I welcomed running somewhere different
