Finally I've completed this programme - Injury hampered me at right at the final hurdle, and so it was 11 days between R2 and R3, only a slight groin strain thankfully!
So this morning I set off, knowing full well that it was going to be hard in the heat and humidity, I hadn't slept well, and between R2 and R3 I've had a birthday and therefore over indulged in the booze and BBQ food department (hence no weight loss last week!). All this added up to the perfect storm which I had to weather!
It was a hard hard run, I had to slow right down just to get to the end, but get to the end I did!
For anyone who is thinking about starting, just do it! My BMI was roughly the same as a Pork Scratching, I made a conscious decision to get healthier, and lighter. It has taken me 11 weeks to complete the programme, mainly due to the injury in the last week, but also through taking extra rest days when I felt like I needed to.
If I can do this, literally anyone can!
See you at the finish line!

Sometimes life gets in the way and there are times when we should celebrate and feast not fast. Life would be too miserable otherwise ππ. Youβre still going in the right direction. Enjoy your success today!
Thanks John, after todayβs run I shall do a few more 30 mins before thinking about moving on. Although Iβd like to be faster, Iβve read that I should concentrate on distance/length and then speed will come naturally on shorter runs! Will also try some different routes!
Congratulations Sedge brilliant achievement especially for a former pork scratching π that made me laugh. Enjoy your graduation day π youβve earned it ππ»ππ»π π₯³π₯³
