It’s been some time so thought to check in, my consolidation runs are going well and can see progress with each run.
However... this heat is adding an extra challenge. I find myself getting tired much faster - anyone else finding this?

Absolutely! I’ve just done my graduation run today, I was wondering if it would happen after the last run 2 days ago. Run 2 was so awful I had said if that was my first it would have been my last! It was like I was being held back. So no it’s not you, loads of other folk are saying the same, the humidity is so high. It was doable today so I went very early. My motto is Slow and slower and it seems to work. Take care and good luck 😉
Yesterday I put it off as long as I could and finally, after a glass of water, went out when it cooled to 29 degrees (only Week 8 run 2). I'm not sure if I got tired quicker (I always find it hard) but the heat definitely made things significantly more uncomfortable which made it more of an effort to see it through.
Its also a major motivational problem, I almost managed convince myself not to go out. I can't quit now though - so close!
