I got to the start of week 5 but a combination of holiday, health issues and now heatwave have stopped me in my tracks. Any good advice for getting back to running after a 3 week gap?

Hey dont worry im on week 8 and took a week gap and then this week havent ran at all due to the heat, these things happen. Best thing is not to feel deflated and start back up with week 5 if you really cant do those runs just go back to week 4 💪🏽

Perhaps one run from Week 4, then start Week 5 again?

Apparently you don’t lose too much progress after a 2or3 week break so it shouldn’t be very difficult to pick up again from say 4/3
