Even at seven this morning when I went out it was hot. Despite this today’s run felt good, no little niggly pains, breathing ok and only the final uphill feeling hard. It was a great run and I’m glad I did it early (despite having a week off this week) before it got too, too hot. Take care anyone running later today and make sure you hydrate.
