W5r2 It's all in the head (mostly)

Over the moon this morning. 20 deg out there and I've just done w5r2. Never ever, even when at school can I remember running for 8 minutes without stopping, never mind doing it TWICE !!!! Even the walk in between the runs felt like too long of a break, shock horror!. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it was easy, but as my title says, before going out I was seriously worried just how long 8 minutes was. Almost twice as long as previously done, but getting out there and starting, it was doable, even enjoyable once I realised it was hapening. I now don't feel quite as worried about Fridays jaunt of 20 minutes. (well I do lol, but I'll squeeze it to the back of my mind)

Edited to add--- I forgot to mention I've had a few days off through injury, not running related though. So I re ran w5r1 just to be on the safe side I though.

It's such a great feeling - achieving the impossible 😀

W5R3 is just the best though - in my opinion anyway. Well done for a sensible restart after injury 👍
