Run 2 week 5 yesterday, it was a real struggle and felt terrible at the end, not sure if it was the heat? going to see how I go tomorrow on run 3. Definitely feeling fitter.

Keep at it. Some runs are worse than others. I bet you surprise yourself when you do run 3.

Keep at it. Any runner will tell you that one run feels like you have gone back several weeks and the next run is brilliant. Just remember you are running for yourself. If you need to repeat a week then repeat it, it’s about getting stronger at your pace.
