Today I was not going to make any more excuses. Running gear sorted the night before, alarm set early, trainers ready. So up and out by 6.30 took Jo with me to repeat week9 runs with no pressure on time or distance. I just wanted to run 30 mins non stop and I did - after struggling to motivate myself I just thought letโ€™s just see what happens. It was good and in a few weeks I will try the stepping stones podcast - just need to boost my confidence in myself ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธโœ…๐Ÿ‘

Well done you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘You got out there and ran.

I'm not even half way through this journey yet but have already been wondering what happens next once the motivation of each new run disappears. I guess as long as you get out there and stay active that's the main thing. We aren't all marathon runners. Good luck whatever type of running you decide on. You've graduated so you are an inspiration to me and all those newbies out there ๐ŸŒ
