Made myself leave the house just after 6am as it’s so hot. Boy was it sticky out there, not my favourite kind of running weather. Nearly gave up 15 mins in but made myself push through. Glad I did because I ran my fastest 5k since April 34:23 mins and at my quickest pace. Think I was just desperate to get home to a shower & breakfast 😂. How’s everyone else coping with the heat?

Awful!!! You are a star ⭐️ hated my run today and I had been looking forward to it as it was week 9 run 2...next is graduation!you did amazing, well done⭐️
