Hi! I'm new here and I am trying to lose weight and build a healthier lifestyle. I also want to take on running as a new hobby. Any tips?

The C25K plan is a great way to get you running. The plan sets you challenges each week that are not easy but are certainly achievable. The plan builds stamina and confidence. Go for it.... you won't regret it!
