Week6 run 3 I can't believe that I've just jogged for 25 mins. First 5 mins the little gremlin of doubt appears legs ache a bit but pushed through, never thought I'd say this but started enjoying it !!!! Now the last 5 mins started to flag but again pushed through got to the last 60 seconds didn't sprint like Jo Whiley suggested but upped my pace as ironically the eye of the tiger started to play in my ears. 🐯🏃♀️
