Any ideas why greatly appreciated...

So, weather extremely warm and gym back open so I thought I'd use the treadmill for a change .

Two weeks, seven runs, all 30 min averaging 4.9km, running with a 2.0 incline. All good so far.

Today I was missing the outside so went for a run, had to walk after less than six minutes ! In total stopped to walk three times. I did complete 5k but it was so tough today.

I have no idea why I struggled , I know indoor is different but I feel I shouldn't have found it that difficult.

If you good people have any ideas please share.

It hasn't put me off though 😂

Could it have been the heat? Gyms tend to be heavily air conditioned.
