Shorter, faster run.

This morning it was just one thing after another, first I woke up around 4 and thought, no way, so I turned over and tried to doze and doze I did.

6:47 I opened my eyes again!

I jumped out of bed, went downstairs gathered my running kit together and threw it on.

By the time I'd gotten to the treadmill it was hot, even with the doors open, so off came the t-shirt. Even during the warm up walk I was starting to sweat, I can't remember the last time that happened, and the sun isn't on the conservatory at that!

I decided I was going to run, so I did, I opted to re-do week 5 run 3 and do it faster than my normal slow pace.

I'll probably make sure I do a 30 slow run on Wednesday, faster runs are ok but I wouldn't want to do them all the time though.

Happy running everyone!

Well dine on your run - its definitely takes a little time to adjust to this heat! Early runs are pretty much essential here in the south at the minute! Good luck with your next run.🙂
