Completed week nine run three. It was hot but ran 2.78 miles in 30 mins. I am so proud I stuck at this. The forum has been so helpful good advice and felt good to do something for myself. Will keep on running. What do you do now?

Congratulations on graduating, enjoy your celebration. I have just been doing consolidation runs with one 6k in. Mainly doing either 5k or 30 minutes depending on how I feel on the day. Now thinking of doing ju-ju magic plan to keep me motivated.
