Just done W4R1 and am pleased to say I enjoyed it! This was quite a step up in terms of running and it really goes to prove that the programme works. I thought I’d be in agony after 5 mins but I wasn’t! So pleased I’ve completed this one - I mean I’m not going to win any races but I did it. 😊

You're doing great! I gave up last year at end wk4, but this year pushed through and now running like a good 'un. Best wishes for finishing weeks 4 &5, after that you've cracked it.

Hi there - thanks so much for your comment! Well done for picking it up again, that must have been difficult to do. I'm really enjoying my runs even though I have to push myself the fact that I complete each one gives me a real boost. Have been reading alot about Week 5 but I've had such positive comments that I'm no longer fearing it and will deal with it head on!! Thanks again. :)

Well done Moomin. Who would have thought those earlier sessions could make us able to run (or jog) for so much longer? Keep enjoying the ride.
