I started C25K thinking I would never complete it and would give up if it got too hard. I’ve just completed W5 R1 and can’t believe how I’ve got here having never run since school. It is an up hill trek but I feel quite proud of myself.😊

No thank god! But if I can work for 3 hours in that I can do this😂
