Week one done and I'm over the moon with myself.. I know I've got a bit to go but I'm feeling confident I can do week 2 but hey if I can't then I'll just do week 1 again and go from there...

I preferred week 2 as it was less intervals felt like it went quicker, so many intervals in week 1 feels like it goes on for ever 🤣 and it's only an extra 30 seconds each time
Have faith in yourself, I repeated week 1 4 times waiting for it to get easier, then I came here to this forum and I was told to trust the program if you complete a week you're ready to move on and I'm now about to start work 6 😁

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 2, like Feltip I also preferred week 2 with fewer intervals, enjoy your runs.
You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, especially in this hot weather, don't run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾
