Only the 2nd week in and I’m not having as much fun as I’d hoped.
I’m not looking ahead to see what Monday brings me for W3 but what I do need to get sorted is the music. I’m relying an amazon music but I think I need to spend Sunday getting my favourite tunes together to get me through. Honestly it feels a little doom n gloom after a great first week. Any music play list suggestions would be MOST welcome 😃
Thanks to all those that post on here, you are all my inspiration to get up, trainers on and get out the door.

Well all I can say is please don't give up... Keep going... What I listen to is bbc sounds app.. And listen to my fav DJ sara cox... Her half wower is full of up beat music.. Give that a go...
