5.45am I left the house to start my first 28 minute run and I was overheating before I left! 22 degrees is the hottest I've ran compared to a previous 19 degrees.
Overall it was good but it was the first time I've struggled with the run so much so I was checking the time to see how long I'd been running (as the App sometimes crashes and I wasn't sure if I had smashed the 28 minutes already (hopeful thinking right?!) and it wasn't even 23 minutes at the first check 🤣 which I don't think helped my motivation but I carried on until the end which now appears to be at a slower pace.
I'm not going to be too hard on myself as I'm now running every other day without the occasional 2 day rest so maybe I just need to do this again until the next run.
I need a nap in front of a fan 😴
