That’s it! I can’t believe it. Got up and out early to beat the heat. And pushed to 32m to hit the 5k. I’m so happy (and proud)! This was a massive challenge for me, both physically and mentally. I didn’t really trust that I could do this but I stuck to it and did it. And enjoyed it, for the most part... Found this forum 2-3 weeks ago and wish I had sooner. You are all the most supportive people! Always a nice word, a positive thought to help get through the good and the not so good days. So this success is also thanks to you!!!! Now... what next???
