I do a bit of volunteering and yesterday I went to one of my gentlemen with my running gear on as I intended running home , currently doorstep visits only .Eventually I did explain my garb to him as he did look a little perplexed when I turned up in running tights, vest top and my running belt. Anyhoo, I ran my quickest splits , still slow and only 3.8 km , but blow me , I'm still doing this. We are away tomorrow for a few days and I get to run on a beach in rural Argyll, so excited. Thanks for listening
