Hi, my name’s Scott, I have just completed week 7. My goal is in sight. I am also starting to think about how to continue afterwards. C25K has really helped, smaller goals each week with an overall goal of 5K was really motivating and I’m just looking for the next challenge. Any one have any recommendations?

Hi I’ve 2 runs left in week 7 and have started thinking the same as you. Want ( need) something structured to keep me motivated so I’ve downloaded an app called start running which has different levels which guide you to running for longer. Good luck with the rest of the C25K
