Thanks for the support yesterday. Bloomin boiling here today.
Got up and did 20 minutes. Going to run back up to 5k in the next week. It was all I could manage today but to be fair, in the past, it would have taken weeks for me to get back to it so pretty pleased with myself.

Wow, well done you! The hot weather is super hard to run in, especially when you're a relatively new runner. To come back and run for 20 minutes in this is a real achievement. Aiming for 5k again is a great goal, but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Make regular running a habit and the 5k will automatically follow. Make running enjoyable and the habit will be easy.
