Consolidation runs - my legs just started to ache! Carry on?

I've done 4 consolidation runs since my graduation. 3 of these were 5k and the last one just over 4k. I'm due out tomorrow but after the last few runs my legs have developed a lingering ache. Do I just shut up and keep at it until they get used to it?

After a few weeks of consolidating I'll figure out a plan of whether to try for longer distances or speed but i must say it's already hard to motivate myself when I ache and find each run super hard. My PB (33 mins) is still my graduation run. Feels like my fire has gone out.

Give yourself a few days off running, there is no point on running with any injuries.
