Well guys I DID IT!!!! my first run down and done thankfully I had the support of my amazing partner who ran behind me all the way did experience some calf pain after the 3 60 seconds but kept going so so happy thanks for all there support here's to run number 2 πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1, welcome to the forum and C25K, take all the runs slowly, don't look ahead at future runs or week's, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, especially if the weather is hot, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ
