w6r2: improvement on w6r1!!

After w5 I felt like I really struggled on w6r1. But today I completed w6r2 and luckily it felt a lot better!! I was still tired by the end, but I think thats just me needing to pace myself more. The walking break definitely interrupted the 'flow' of my running and I felt worse beginning the second running interval again. But despite the trickiness (and the heat even at 8am) I managed it and even sped up in the last minute ;)

Nonetheless a 25 minute solid run for r3? That seems... long! I'm really glad theres no jump to w7, but even so, 25 minutes?? I'll have to pace myself for sure

Well done! I completed W6R3 this morning and - although it is long! - it felt much better to run continuously and I think I found it easier than W6R2 overall. You definitely get into a rhythm of plodding along, although I'll admit to checking the app to see how long was left, a couple of times! Anyway, well done on W6R2 and you can totally do this!!

thank you so much and amazing that you've now done w6!! Yes I must say I am a bit nervous at the length - w5r3 seemed long enough - but I am hoping my body finds its rhythm. I too am a clockwatcher! I'm trying to get out of it though so I try not to look :) good luck for w7!!
