What to do now?

Hi everyone,

My husband and I finished C25K about a month ago and have been doing 30 min runs 3 times a week but we’re now starting to struggle a bit with motivation! I feel like we need at new programme to follow but not sure what! We don’t want to run for longer (and try to get to 10k/1 hour) as the 30-45mins it currently takes fits nicely into our day and would struggle to fit in more. It would be nice to get a bit faster though! Does anyone have any suggestion?

To get faster you need to spend 80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace then push hard in the remainder, using intervals or fartlek to provide structure.

ju-ju's magic plan? I see so many people go to it (and love it), and you could do the distance or the timed version, depending on which will be faster for you :)

Some people also repeat c25k, but instead of walk/run, they do run slow/run a bit faster, though I think 3 sessions of "faster" might be too much, and you might want to only do that once a week
