See the attached screenshot? That was my very first post 8 weeks ago! Yesterday I completed run one, week eight! And your lovely words of encouragement and advice have echoed in my brain on each and every run! Not sure I’ll get to full 5k within 30 mins by graduation but that’s fine! Am so glad I started this! Thankyou to everyone for all your help. This group is fantastic. Xxx
