That felt quite tough this morning, but I did it and feel good for getting out there and completing it. Now for run 2 (Fri/Sat).

I’m at same point and after elation of W5R3 last week someone warned me not to get complacent. Have to admit I failed on first attempt of W6R1 but have just done it successfully this morning. I think it’s harder to keep stopping and starting than it is to just keep going but I expect that’s the point. Congratulations on your success

Yeah I agree the stopping and starting is somehow more difficult and felt tough after the high of the 20 min run of w5r3. Just need to keep at it though sure it’s building us up for the next big run.

Well done , it can be tricky dealing with the intervals again in week 6 , 1 and 2

It’s often hard to get up but find once I’m out I have to get it done and I see less people this way!
