Beaten by a beatle!!

Good Evening all. Well, the ultimate ignominy this afternoon whilst completing WK7R2. As usual, I scared what seemed to be a solitary sheep in my neighbour’s field, then onwards past the horse I scared on Sunday. It had big teeth and seemed to laugh at me going past so slowly. Nearing the end in the fields, I was joined by a field beetle that for a while ran by my side. I think it was looking for an escape route all the while, but it made me laugh as it beat me to the next tree! I’ve named it Lord Coe and I hope to see it again when I do the third run of this week on Sunday! Anyway, it took my mind off the time and soon enough Jo told me i’d finished. Me and Lord Coe smashed it!!

I loved it! He seemed much faster than me! Sadly I didn’t see Lord Coe today but he I reckon he was there watching from somewhere! I reckon he’s doing his own hive to 5k!! Keep going on your own journey, it’s thrilling to think somehow we are all doing it!! Enjoy the sunshine.
