My body procrastinated with my motivation but the run won! Second run and I found I got further into the route before I received commands and I found I recovered better too. I’m not expecting every run to be positive but these are the things to remember on the bad days.

The run won? YOU won! Well done. Focusing on that post run high will help you start every run. Start every run slow, and that will help you finish every run. Then you have a positive circle and before you know it you will be running for 30 minutes!
