Just got back from the final run. One thought about why I think this app works so well. I've tried in the past and would always think 'I'll run as far as that bin' or 'I'll stop when I get to the third lamp post' but with this the decision-making is done by someone else - so it turns out I can run further than the bin or the third lamp post'. I surrender all responsibility and kind of ride on my own legs as they mysteriously seem to plod on at their own pace. I don't think about speed, I don't think about anything! I just look around me and listen to old Elvis Costello tracks. Love it. Thank you C25K!
