Trying again … and again

Back in the gym after four months. I did try using the Wii Fit but it's not the same. I had got to Week 8 Run 2 but scaled back to Week 6. Even that wasn't enough, so went back to Week 1 Run 3. I did manage that! Am I ever going to get to the end?

Instead of comparing with where you were, try to celebrate the fact that you are running again. You have the added advantage of knowing that you can make it to week 6, having done it before, so relax and try to enjoy the journey. In answer to your question - yes!, you will get there 🙂👍
