Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar...I have a real pain in my right calf (side of leg) going from knee to ankle. It has been persistent since my run on Monday and yesterday on my rest day. 😩
Not sure what to do for my run today..should I not go? I have been doing the RICE and applied some pain relief muscle gel. Not sure what to do for the best?! I am on wk8
