Well today started great, played a game of golf with my friends and that was up and down hills for 4hrs and my legs were drained at the end of it (I walk, not buggy!!)
Got home.....had a rest and lunch and then did some jobs around the house.
After sitting down for a bit, i decided to get up and do it! my legs and feet still aching from golf and lower back was a little sore...BUT had a video sent me the other day on how to run properly, with landing on the ball of your foot and not the heal and WOW! it was brilliant.
I felt like i wanted to go longer than what I was told to....BUT no, I will stick to the plan.
For some reason, this felt so much easier than the first one.....and i did a brisker walk back...did some stretches and buzzing again ! I actually want to go out again!!!!
Thanks for all the positive feedback from my last posts - it was and still is a huge boost - thank you.

Sounds like we have a running addict in the making 😎
Great job... especially after a busy day. Golfers around the country are getting used to using those muscles after a long break, aches from that and running will get easier with more practice.
