Hi. After my 4 th run in week 1 I actually completed it with no stopping. At the beginning I really didn’t think I would. Thank you to everyone that gave me advice and encouragement on my last post. Legs did hurt a bit after each 60 second run but not for long. Again thank you. Let’s see how week 2 goes
