I keep reading on here about people worried about not finishing Week whateverRun whatever, myself included. Maybe we should be thinking it as Session2Run2 etc. There is no limit on how long it should take to do this C25k, only a MINIMUM of 9 weeks, 3 runs per week. I've been a bit stuck on Session4 (week4) and its taking me 2 weeks to complete it. So for anyone out there struggling with the "weekly" timetable, don't worry about it, take as many repeats as you can to complete 3 runs of each session before stepping up. Don't try to keep up with the Jones's lol . Your world, your pace

The main thing is you are out there doing it. It's not about speed, time, wk this or session that really. It's about getting out there and and doing it. Some days are like swimming in treacle, some days are like - not sure what but easier 😂😂
It does work. You can do it. You just have to believe in yourself (and the plan) and keep putting one foot in front of the other. 💪👍👏👏

Absolutely right.
If you are having trouble completing any run, just slow down.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.

The "weeks" are just convenient groupings of three sessions. Given the compulsory rest days between they're 6 or 7 days.
